- By using our services, you consent to your data being stored and processed via Practice Better.
6. How We Store & Protect Your Information
- Electronic records are stored securely in encrypted form within Practice Better and/or secure local storage.
- Paper records (if used) are stored in locked secure premises.
- Access is restricted to authorised personnel bound by confidentiality obligations.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
- Consultation and service records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in line with GMC and NHS record-keeping guidance.
- After this period, your data will be securely deleted or destroyed.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of your information
- Ask us to correct or delete your information (subject to legal obligations)
- Restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Request your data in a portable format
