Cancellations: >4 weeks before – deposit retained; 4 weeks – 50% retained; <4 weeks – 100% retained.
Travel insurance is recommended. Organisers not liable for additional travel costs.
Guests must inform organisers of health conditions, allergies, dietary needs in advance.
Participation at own risk. Organisers are not liable for injuries or death sustained during the retreat.
Organisers are not liable for loss or damage incurred to personal property or any psychological conditions diagnosed post-retreat if previous trauma triggers are incurred during sessions.
Optional 1:1 therapies are booked separately, non-refundable once booked.
Photography may be taken for promotional purposes – inform us if you wish to opt out.
