At The House of Brìghde, we recognise that each person’s experience of wellbeing is unique.

Our work begins with creating space – space to pause, reflect and explore your relationship with food, lifestyle and the rhythms of everyday life.

From here, we offer thoughtful guidance and support to help you reconnect with what brings balance, nourishment, and ease.

Guided Wellbeing Sessions

One-to-one wellbeing sessions designed to support reflection, learning and a deeper understanding of how daily practices influence overall wellbeing.

Informed and enriched by holistic and traditional approaches, these sessions provide a grounded and supportive environment for exploration.

Where appropriate, we may signpost or collaborate with experienced holistic practitioners offering complementary, non-clinical practices such as energy-based or body-based work.

Your Experience

Sessions are conversational and reflective in nature and may explore:
your relationship with food and nourishment
daily rhythms and lifestyle practices
mind–body awareness and grounding techniques
connection to environment, nature, and rest

You will also have access to a private online space where session reflections, resources and materials are shared to support your ongoing journey.

Wellbeing Session (90 minutes)

Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes)

Follow-up sessions offer continued space for reflection and support as you integrate insights into your daily life.

These sessions may include:

  • revisiting themes explored previously
  • deepening awareness of habits and rhythms
  • exploring additional wellbeing practices
  • ongoing support and integration

Immersive Wellbeing Programme (8 Weeks)

This extended programme is designed for those who wish to explore their wellbeing more deeply over time.

It offers a structured yet spacious experience, allowing for reflection, integration and meaningful shifts in daily practices.

  • Access to a private online space with resources and reflections
  • Optional check-ins to support continuity
  • Ongoing access to materials shared throughout the programme
